Share MakerQ with another computer, phone or tablet on your network — one person edits at a time, everyone else can view. Install Tailscale (link in the card) to reach it from anywhere.

Phone / Tablet Access Allow access from my network (phone/tablet on the same Wi‑Fi)

Work with a second PC: when this is on, a second person opens the address below on their computer and signs in with their own team-member login (add one under Users). Only one person edits at a time — the other sees a read-only banner and can take control; the owner or an admin can take over anytime, a staff member once the editor goes idle.

Open this on any device signed into your Tailscale account.

Log in with your normal username & password. Windows may ask to allow access the first time — click Allow.

Want to use MakerQ from your phone away from the shop? Install Tailscale on this PC and your phone (free) and sign both into the same account. Once it is installed here, MakerQ can connect it for you.

Use MakerQ in any web browser and on any computer, with the same projects everywhere. Cloud is included with Pro and Lifetime. Moving copies your data; everything on this computer stays as it is.

No Cloud account yet? Create one, then come back here. If the account has no plan yet, this computer's Pro or Lifetime key is added to it for you.

Send from your own mailbox (SMTP). Use an app password where supported, not your main password.

Add your own shop links (storefront, socials, anything). They appear as buttons in the top header.

Export your customer list (built from quote requests plus any imported contacts) as a CSV.

Import customers from a CSV (columns: name, email, phone, notes). Email is required per row.

Add a custom message and shop / social media links to the bottom of the quote emails your customers receive.

Add a member. They get a verification code by email (set up Email first), then sign in with the temporary password and set their own.

Back up all your MakerQ settings (calculator, email, forms, shop links, checkout, products, and more) to a file, and restore them on this or another computer.

Restore from a backup file. This overwrites your current settings and reloads the app.

Automatic backups

Save a full backup (settings, database & uploaded files) as a .zip to a folder you choose, on a schedule.

Customer file folders

Automatically keep a copy of every uploaded file in per-customer folders on disk (Folder / Customer name / order-#) so you can browse a customer's files outside the app.
